Pat, Managing Director of Leitrim, bringing over 33 years of leadership in corporate real estate with a focus on portfolio optimization, risk mitigation, operational efficiency, and cost reduction. He has developed and implemented strategic real estate operating models for both global corporations and early-stage companies.

Pat has managed diverse real estate portfolios across Europe, Asia, Africa, and Latin America, and has led global real estate functions for multinational organizations, overseeing the full real estate lifecycle. His experience includes first-generation outsourcing initiatives, complex financing structures such as sale-leasebacks and REIT-led joint ventures, and traditional acquisition and refinancing strategies.

Guided by a customer-centric approach, Pat ensures that every real estate strategy is aligned with his clients’ broader business objectives.

Ben, Director of Business Development, is responsible for leading Leitrim's efforts in building and maintaining relationships with the organizations we serve, as well as insuring the white-glove customer service that we promise.

Ben joined Leitrim with one mission - to advocate for businesses and organizations, and to ensure their real estate strategy aligns with their organizations missions and goals.

With 10+ years experience in real estate and sales, Ben has developed a passion for working with business owners and leaders focused on growth.
