Pat has been a leader in corporate real estate for over 33 years focused on portfolio optimization, risk mitigation, efficiency, and cost reduction. He has created operating models that provide highly effective real estate services for corporate entities and start-ups. He has global experience throughout Europe, Asia, Africa, and Latin America, managing property portfolios for clients of varying size and scale. He’s led first-generation outsourcing efforts for multiple corporate and institutional clients. He has also led unique financing arrangements such as sale/leaseback(s), REIT led joint venture financing (tied to real estate growth) for small to mid-size companies, and traditional purchase finance/refinance transactions. Pat puts the client at the center of everything he does and makes sure the client’s real estate strategy is constantly aligned with their business strategy.
